Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for items in their original condition, which means they must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, and they should still have their tags attached. Once the return is approved, we will refund the the item. However, please note that we do not refund shipping costs, taxes, or duties, and we do not cover the cost of return postage. If your return pertains to items on sale or marked down, please consult our sale return policy.

All requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the moment we receive the returned package.

For added security, we strongly recommend obtaining a receipt when you drop off your return. Placing your return in a dropbox is not advisable, as if the return is lost and you lack proof of shipment, we won’t be able to process your return.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Our team requires 1-5 business days to process and prepare packages. Once your package has been prepared, you’ll receive an email confirming the tracking number.

Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received:

If your package status indicates “delivered” but hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered before they physically reach your address. We kindly request that you allow 24 hours after a delivery confirmation before assuming there’s an issue with the delivery. Here are some steps to consider:

1. Get in touch with your local post carrier and try to speak directly with your postal person, as they might recall when and where they left your package.

 

International Shipping:

For international orders, our team requires 1-5 business days to process packages. Once shipped, please allow 2-12 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that international packages may be subject to delays caused by the carrier, and local governments may impose taxes on these packages.

Refused Packages:

If you’ve refused a package, we’re sorry to hear that! Once we receive the returned package, we’ll initiate a refund for the items, minus the shipping fee. If your order qualified for our free international shipping, we will deduct the cost incurred for returning your suit to our warehouse.

 

 

How to best care for your Cici swimwear & the planet.

The most effective way to care for our planet is to care for our clothing, ensuring we can enjoy them for a longer time. Cici Swimwear is designed with longevity in mind. However, here are a few guidelines you can follow to maintain the pristine condition of your favourite swimwear:

1. After wearing your swimwear, always rinse or soak it to remove salt or chlorine residue that could leave marks. If soaking, use gentle detergents or soaps specifically designed for high spandex materials, and rinse thoroughly afterward.

2. Avoid hanging your swimwear to dry, as this could lead to unnecessary stretching. Instead, lay your swimwear flat on a towel in the shade to allow it to dry.

3. Never use a washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle, to clean your suit. Washing machines are challenging to regulate for water temperature, and machine detergents are too harsh for swimwear fabric.
